PA12 Flame Retardant CR-M7555

CR-M7555 is a novel halogen-free flame retardant developed for PA12. It can get UL94-V0 @ 0.8-1.6mm. What’s more, it can maintain and even improve the elongation at break. The application scenarios of FR PA12 include tube, cable sheath, packaging, and etc.

1. Materials

PA12：WanHua L2000
Flame retardant：Inovia CR-M7555

2. Processing

Drying：90-100℃, 4h
Extrusion temperature：200-220℃
Injection temperature：230-240℃; mold temperature 70-80 ℃
