PC Flame Retardant Masterbatch MB-M565

Inovia MB-M565 is a novel flame retardant masterbatch developed for PC mold products. It is completely PF-AS-FREE. When used together with toughening agents, it can achieve UL94-V0 at a thickness of 0.8/1.6mm without affecting its impact strength. This provides a perfect solution for PFAS-FREE flame retardant PC products.

1. Materials:

• PC :Teijin L1225WP
• Flame retardant MB: Inovia MB-M565 (30% Inovia FR)
• Toughening agent：KaneAce MR-04

2. Processing conditions:

• Drying：PC: 120℃，4hrs (water content ＜ 0.02%); FR masterbatch is dried under vacuum at 80℃ for 4 hours
• Mixing method: Use a blender to mix PC /MB-M565/MR-04
• Extrusion temperature: 250 ℃
