JS-A55 is a novel halogen-free ionic liquid flame retardant, suitable for polyester (PET) adhesives. It has excellent compatibility with the adhesives. The flame-retardant adhesives can be coated on various FR/non-FR PET films. The composite products can get VTM-0 without affecting the hand-feel tack of the adhesives.
Ionic Liquid Drying: 80°C, 4 hours.
Mixing: Put the JS-A55 directly into the adhesive, stir evenly, then add the curing agent, continue stirring for 3 minutes. Stand still till no air bubbles can be seen. Then coat the adhesive on a film. Cure the adhesive to obtain a uniform adhesive layer.
