PET Fiber FR XW-M150 (Masterbatch)
Novel Flame Retardant for PET Fibers Based on Ionic Liquids
Product Overview
XW-M150 is a revolutionary flame retardant masterbatch for PET fibers, formulated with ionic liquids. It is supplied at a concentration of 10% flame retardant (FR) and offers exceptional performance advantages over traditional solid flame retardants.
Key Features
- Excellent compatibility with PET polymers, ensuring uniform dispersion without affecting fiber spinning smoothness
- Superior flame retardant performance: LOI > 30% at 0.5% dosage, no dripping during vertical burning
- Enhanced processability: Lowers processing temperature by 5~15℃, reducing polymer thermal degradation
