BF-21 is a flowing agent developed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It can effectively reduce the melt viscosity of TPU without affecting its thermal and mechanical properties.

1. Materials

TPU: Wanhua WANTHANE WHT-81085

Flowing agent: Inovia BF-21

2. Processing

2.1 Drying: 90℃, 3h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature:185~195℃

2.3 Injection temperature: 185~195℃; mold temperature: 50℃

Note: "TPU" in the diagram refers to TPU pure resin after extruding.
