F-S2500 is a new flowing agent specially developed for high temperature resistant polyamide (HTPA). F-S2500 has excellent thermal stability and excellent compatibility with HTPA. Adding about 1%, the flowability is significantly improved, while maintaining good mechanical and thermal properties.

1. Materials

PPA: Benzo SL 1252

Flowing agent: Inovia F-S2500

2. Processing

2.1 Drying: 120℃, 4h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature: 290/310/310/305/290/290/290/290/300/310℃

2.3 Injection temperature: 300~320℃; mold temperature: 130~135℃

Note: "HTPA" in the diagram refers to HTPA pure resin after extruding.
