F-M510 is a flowing agent masterbatch developed for polycarbonate (PC). It can effectively reduce the melt viscosity of PC, and hence improve the processability. In addition, it doesn’t affect optical, thermal, and mechanical properties.

1. Materials

PC: Covestro Makrolon 2805

Flowing agent: Inovia F-M510

2. Processing

2.1 Drying: 120℃, 4h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature: 230~260℃

2.3 Injection temperature: 260~270℃; mold temperature: 60~80℃

Note: "PC" in the diagram refers to PC pure resin after extruding.
