CR-M7405 is a new halogen-free flame retardant developed for aliphatic transparent PA. The optical properties and lightweight of the material are maintained while achieving the flame retardant grade of UL94-V0@0.8mm. At the same time, the physical and mechanical properties of transparent PA12 are better maintained, and the processing property is also significantly improved. Typical application of the novel transparent flame retardant PA include electrical/electronic applications, the automotive industry, electrical appliances, containers, etc.

Flame retardant：Inovia CR-M7405

2. Processing

Drying：95-105℃，4h

Extrusion temperature：200-220℃

Injection temperature：210-220℃；mold temperature 40-50 ℃
