AR-S210 is a synergist for the newly developed PMMA flame retardant AR-S11 by Novartis. 2 portions of AR-S11 combined with 12 portions of AR-S210 for PMMA can achieve ULV0@1.6 Millimeters, and it does not affect the transparency and yellowing index of PMMA, and the xenon lamp aging weather resistance has been significantly improved.

PMMA: Arkema V040
Flame retardant: Inovia AR-S11,AR-S210-
2. Processing
Drying: 85℃ for 4h
Extrusion Temperature: 200~220°C.
Twin screw extrusion machine with side liquid feeding device
Injection Temperature: 210~225℃, mold temperature: 80℃
