CR-M7555 is a novel halogen-free flame retardant (HF-FR) specifically designed for 30% GF
reinforced PA12. Adding 4% can achieve UL94-V2 level ranging from 0.8 to 1.6 mm. The
typical application of flame-retardant PA12 includes: automotive, aerospace, medical and
industrial fields.
1. Materials
PA12:Wanhua L2000
Glass fiber: Jushi 998A
Flame retardant: Inovia CR-M7555
2. Processing conditions
Drying: 90-100℃,4 hours.
Extrusion temperature: 180-220℃.
Injection temperature: 210-220℃; molding temperature: 70-80 °C.
Note: The flame retardant DR-M858 can effectively reduce the melt viscosity and processing
temperature of PC. A processing temperature of 240 - 270°C is optional.
