ER-M1443 for GF Enforced PBT

ER-M1443 is a new halogen-free flame retardant developed for fiberglass reinforced PBT, which can achieve a V0 flame retardant level of 0.8-1.6mm. Its dosage level required to obtain V0@1.6mm is lower, compared with traditional flame retardants. Additionally, it affords a higher fluidity.

1. Materials

PBT: Changchun PBT 1100

Flame retardant: Inovia ER-M1443

Fiberglass: Chongqing International Composite Materials 303-3-E

2. Processing

2.1 Drying conditions: 110~120 ℃, 4 h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature: 230~250 ℃

2.3 Injection temperature: 240~250 ℃; Mold temperature: 60-80 ℃
